Connect your books
An administrator signs in to QuickBooks Online or Xero from ManufactIQ and chooses your company. Connect one, or both.

Choose how invoices go
Pick the account for lines with no product, and the VAT code or tax rate for each rate you charge. In Xero, choose whether invoices land approved or as drafts.

Send an invoice
Press Send to QuickBooks or Send to Xero on the invoice. The customer and each product are found in your books by name, or made, and the invoice keeps your number.

Which accounts software does it work with?
QuickBooks Online and Xero. Each company connects its own QuickBooks company or Xero organisation from ManufactIQ, and can connect both.
Is anything sent to our books automatically?
No. An invoice goes to QuickBooks or Xero only when somebody presses the button on it. What comes back by itself is the payment: once the invoice is paid in full there, ManufactIQ marks it paid on the day it was paid.
Will the totals match the invoice we sent?
Yes. The invoice can keep your ManufactIQ number, every line goes on the VAT code or tax rate you chose for its rate, and the discount and VAT are the ones on the invoice the customer was sent, to the penny.

What can ManufactIQ change in our books?
