From won quote to paid invoice.

When the customer says yes, the quote becomes an order without retyping. Invoice the order in parts as the work is delivered, send each invoice as a PDF with your bank details, and remind the customer when it falls due.

  • Orders from won quotes
  • Invoices in parts
  • Due-date reminders

One order, invoiced in parts. Each invoice goes as a PDF with your bank details, and the customer can be reminded when it falls due.
How it works

Raised against the order, not retyped from it.

  1. Quote won

Mark the quote won. It becomes an order without retyping a single line.

    Quoting
  2. Invoice in parts

Raise invoices against the order: a deposit, a part delivery or the balance.

  3. Send the PDF

Each invoice goes as a PDF with your bank details.

  4. Remind when due

The customer can be reminded when the invoice falls due.

Built for deposits, stage payments and part deliveries.

Plenty of manufacturing orders are not billed in one go. Raising each invoice against the order keeps the whole picture in one place.

  • No retypingThe order comes from the won quote, and the invoices come from the order.
  • Sales can see what has been billedInvoices are raised against the order, and the order sits on the customer's record with the enquiry and quote it came from.
  • Payment chased for youDue-date reminders mean the customer hears from you without anybody having to remember.

Questions

Invoicing questions.

Anything else, email support@manufactiq.co.uk, 9am to 3pm, Monday to Friday.

Can we invoice an order in parts?

Yes. Invoices are raised against the order, so a deposit, a stage payment, a part delivery and the balance can each go as their own invoice.

Can customers be reminded when an invoice is due?

Yes. Each invoice goes as a PDF with your bank details, and the customer can be reminded when it falls due.

Does it replace our accounts software?

No. ManufactIQ is not an accounts package. It raises invoices against the order so sales can see what has been billed. Keep your accounts software for the ledger.
