Software for UK manufacturers, built from the inside.
ManufactIQ Ltd is a Bristol software company making software for UK manufacturers of every kind. We started with the CRM, because that is where a manufacturer's work is won or lost. More modules are on the way.
Why ManufactIQ exists.
ManufactIQ was founded in Bristol in 2026 by Ahmed Hasan and Charlie Blunden. Both work inside a UK manufacturer, and between them they know it from the quote to the shop floor. Richard Blunden, who has run a manufacturing business since 2014, is a shareholder in ManufactIQ and its Manufacturing and Strategic Advisor.
Ahmed, a software engineer, builds the systems the manufacturer runs on every day: the configurator that produces its quotes and bills of materials, the pricing service behind them, the drawing portal, factory-floor part tracking and the customer enquiry platform. Charlie, a mechanical engineer, started on its factory floor, went on to program its CNC machines and now works on how its software fits together.
Working inside a manufacturer shows what its sales team needs from software: quotes priced consistently, every revision kept, nothing typed twice, and figures the directors can trust.
ManufactIQ takes that experience and puts it into a CRM any manufacturer can use: enquiries, quotes, orders, invoices and reports in one place, priced per company so everyone who needs it can use it, from a UK company that understands how manufacturers work.

Backed and advised by someone who runs one.
Ahmed and Charlie know a manufacturer from the quote and the shop floor. Richard Blunden knows it from the managing director's chair, and he is a shareholder in ManufactIQ as well as its advisor.
Richard is ManufactIQ's Manufacturing and Strategic Advisor. He has run a UK manufacturer since 2014, carrying its profit and loss through Brexit, political upheaval and COVID. Before that he ran its production, and earlier still he sold, designed and made its products. He has spent his working life deciding what a manufacturer should quote, make and invest in.
Over his career he has helped shape more than one company's direction around what manufacturers need every day: quoting, production planning, manufacturing techniques and the performance of the business as a whole. When this page says figures the directors can trust, he is the director we have in mind. He also tells us, plainly, when something is not worth a manufacturer's time.
Away from the factory he is Senior Non-Executive Director of the British Functional Fitness Federation, which he helped to revive: he advises on its strategic direction and keeps its executive to its core purpose and values. He also owns CrossFit Clifton, where he leads the coaching team and coaches both CrossFit and weightlifting, with Level 2 qualifications from CrossFit and British Weight Lifting.
