What is a manufacturing CRM?
A CRM, or customer relationship management system, built around the way a manufacturer sells: enquiries that need quoting, quotes that are revised before anybody signs, orders, and invoices raised as the work is delivered. A general-purpose CRM is built around leads and deals for a sales team.
How is ManufactIQ different from a general-purpose CRM?
Quotes are built and revised inside the CRM, sent as a PDF on your letterhead, and every revision is kept. A won quote becomes an order without retyping, and the order can be invoiced in parts. And it is priced per company, not per user.
Is ManufactIQ only for certain types of manufacturer?
No. ManufactIQ is built for UK manufacturers of every kind and size. On Premium and Pro you can add your own tabs and fields, so the CRM holds the details your products and customers need.
How much does it cost?
Essential is £99 a month for up to 5 users; Premium is £299 a month for up to 15 users; Pro is £749 a month with no limit on users. Prices are per company and exclude VAT, and there is no setup fee. Paid annually, the first year is charged as ten months and every year after as twelve.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. After a half-hour demo we open an account for your company: free for two weeks, for up to three users, with everything in Premium.
Can we bring our existing data with us?
Quote lines can be imported from an Excel or CSV spreadsheet. For customers, contacts and open enquiries, talk to us in the demo about what you have today.
Does it replace our MRP or ERP system?
Not today. ManufactIQ is a CRM: it covers the sale from the first enquiry to the invoice. Production planning and stock stay where they are now. More modules are in development.
