The CRM for UK manufacturers Enquiry to invoice, typed once.

Log the enquiry, price and revise the quote, turn the win into an order and invoice it in parts. One record from first contact to paid invoice, so nothing is typed twice and anybody can see where a customer stands.

Count the retypes

How many times does your team type in the same job?

Every copy is another chance for a price, a quantity or a date to drift. In ManufactIQ the job goes in once, and each step picks up where the last one left off.

  2. QuoteAgain, into the quote spreadsheet2×
  3. OrderAgain, onto the order book or wall planner3×

Enquiries and pipeline

Every enquiry logged. Nothing left to go quiet.

Each enquiry gets its own reference and sits against the customer it came from. See every live opportunity by stage and value, with anything past its decision date flagged to chase or close.

  • Website enquiries wait for approval, matched to your existing customers
  • Chase-up tasks with dates, and a view of what is overdue
  • Site visits, callbacks and deadlines on one shared calendar
How enquiries work
The ManufactIQ sales pipeline board: open enquiries by stage, from new enquiry to negotiating, with value, weighted value and decision dates.
Quotes

Every revision kept. Every PDF on your letterhead.

Build quotes from your product catalogue so prices stay consistent, or import the lines from the spreadsheet your estimator already uses. Revise as often as the customer asks, and never lose what was priced before.

  • A full history of what was priced, and when
  • Quote lines imported from Excel or CSV
  • Sent as a PDF on your letterhead, with your logo and colours on Pro
How quoting works
A ManufactIQ quote record at revision 2, linked to its enquiry, order and invoice, with the next step and the activity history.
Orders and invoices

From won quote to paid invoice.

A won quote becomes an order with every line carried across. Invoice it in parts as the work goes out, and remind the customer when payment is due.

  • Deposits, stage payments and balances against one order
  • Each invoice a PDF with your bank details
  • What is billed, what is still to bill and what is late, at a glance
How orders and invoicing work
The ManufactIQ invoices screen: money owed, overdue, drafts and billed this month, above the list of orders still to invoice.
Reports

Know what you win, and what is coming.

The sales report shows won value by month, your win rate, the average deal and how long a sale takes, with a weighted forecast of the open pipeline. Filter by period and owner, and compare with the period before.

  • Won value, win rate, average deal and sales cycle
  • A weighted forecast of the open pipeline
  • Build your own report, print it or export it to CSV
How reports work
The ManufactIQ sales report: won value by month as a bar chart, with won total, win rate, average deal and sales cycle.
Alerts and automations

The team hears about it as it happens.

ManufactIQ posts to your Microsoft Teams channel when an enquiry arrives, a quote goes out, or a job is won or lost. On Pro, automations remind the owner before a quote expires, create the task for the next step and email the customer.

Whatever you make, the sale runs through one system.

Do you charge per user?

No. Each plan is one price for the company with a user allowance: up to 5 on Essential, up to 15 on Premium and unlimited on Pro. Records are unlimited on every plan.

Is there a setup fee, and do prices include VAT?

There is no setup fee on any plan. All prices are per company, per month, and exclude VAT. Paid annually, the first year is charged as ten months and every year after as twelve.

Will it fit the way we work?

Every manufacturer sells through enquiries, quotes, orders and invoices, and ManufactIQ is built around that path. On Premium or Pro, custom tabs and fields hold the details your products need. The demo uses one of your real enquiries, so you see the fit before you commit.

Can we bring our quotes in from Excel?

Yes. Quote lines can be imported from Excel or CSV, so the spreadsheet your estimator already uses still works.

Does it work with Microsoft Teams and Outlook?

ManufactIQ posts alerts to your Microsoft Teams channel as enquiries arrive and jobs are won or lost. ManufactIQ for Outlook, which drafts enquiries from the emails you read, is included on Pro.
